Job Description:

Multispecialty practice looking for an additional Medical Scribe to join our team.
Specialties include Vascular, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Primary Care.
The scribe will assist in documenting outpatient medical records under the supervision of the health care provider.
Medical record documentation will include chief complaint, history of present illness, past medical history, assessment and treatment.
The scribe will collect all necessary information, including lab results and radiology reports, for the provider before the visit.

REQUIREMENTS:

BILINGUAL (SPANISH AND ENGLISH).
2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE.
Available to work some weekends.
