We are a well-established, high-volume multispecialty practice in Los Angeles seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Medical Doctor to join our dynamic team. Our office provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and patient-centered service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Manage acute and chronic conditions in adults and/or children (depending on specialty focus).
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Provide preventive care, health education, and promote wellness.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines.

Requirements:

Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution.
Valid California medical license and DEA certification.
Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine preferred.
Prior experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency for a diverse patient population.
Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish.
Experience with value-based care and managed care populations (e.g., Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMOs).
